Recipe Ingredients

• 300g Carrots (grated or blended)

• 150g Hard Cheese (grated)

• 3 hard-boiled Eggs (mashed/grated)

• 50g Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

• 1-2 cloves Garlic (minced)

• Salt & Pepper to taste







Instructions

1. Prep: Boil and peel the eggs. Grate the carrots and cheese finely.

2. Combine: In a bowl, mix the grated carrot, cheese, and eggs.

3. Flavor: Add the minced garlic, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.

4. Mix: Stir well until everything is creamy and combined.

5. Serve: Spread generously on toasted bread, crackers, or a baguette!
