Hi! I am Tania!
Welcome to My Sourdough Bread. My little corner where I share my love of Sourdough baking, some helpful tips and tricks, delicious recipes!
My love for the baking starter long time ago. I was born and raised in Ukraine, my parents and grandparents taught me a lot about gardening, how to cook and bake.
Even though baking is my passion I decided to pursue another career. I attained degrees in Tourism, Marketing and Sociology. But baking was always in my heart, and I waited for the right time.
2018 was a time for change. After I got married, I moved to a small town in Canada. The first few years were all about learning new cultures, language, people, food and lifestyle. My little hobby helped me to find a new path. I started to bake for my family, then friends. I have been baking Sourdough Bread for the Farmers Market. With my husband and family support “My Sourdough Bread” was born in 2023.
My Goal
When I studied in Vienna, I used to travel around Europe and learned a lot about other cultures and especially food. Now, I am trying to put all my focus into baking and teach you how to make Sourdough Bread, create delicious recipes that you can use in your daily meal.
