How to reactivate a Dehydrated Starter?

DAY 1
In the morning: add 15g of dried starter, 30g of all-purpose flour and 30g of water into a large jar with lid. Mix well, cover and let rest at room temperature.
In the afternoon: add 20g of all-purpose flour + 10g of whole wheat flour and 30g of water to the jar, mix well.
In the evening: add 40g of all-purpose flour+ 20g of whole wheat flour and 60g of water. Mix well and let rest overnight.
DAY 2
In the morning: remove and discard about half of your starter and add 20g of all-purpose flour + 10g of whole wheat flour and 30g of water to the jar, mix well.
In the evening: discard about half of your starter and add 40g of all-purpose flour+ 20g of whole wheat flour and 60g of water. Mix well and let rest overnight.
The morning after that you can use your rehydrated starter to bake bread.
