🍣 Spinach & Smoked Salmon Roll 🟢
A light, beautiful, and absolutely delicious appetizer that’s perfect for the holidays! The airy spinach sponge is surprisingly easy to make and the colors are stunning! SAVE this for your New Year's Eve table! INGREDIENTS: • 150g Fresh Spinach • 3 Eggs • Pinch of Salt • 50g All-Purpose Flour • 175g Cream Cheese (softened) • ~200g Smoked/Cured Salmon (Slightly salted) HOW TO MAKE IT: 1. Blanch the Spinach: Pour boiling water over the spinach. Drain immediately after 1 minute.
